Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, eligible products can be exchanged subject to the following conditions:

* All exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
* Products must be unused, unworn and in their original condition.
* All original tags, packaging and invoice must be intact.
* The product must be free from scratches, stains, damage, alterations or signs of wear.
* All products, accessories and complimentary items received with the order must be returned for the exchange to be processed.
* An ₹80 reverse logistics charge is applicable per exchange request, regardless of the number of products included in the order.
* For damaged, defective or incorrect products, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
* A complete 360° unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, defective or incorrect-product claims. The video should clearly capture the package before opening and the complete unboxing process.
* For an approved damaged, defective or incorrect-product claim, a replacement/exchange will be arranged. No refund will be provided.
* Exchange requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
* Exchanges may not be accepted if the product has been used, worn, altered, damaged or returned without prior approval.
* Exchanges may also be denied if the required 360° unboxing video is unavailable for a damage/incorrect-product claim.
